From idea to agent
Not another LLM wrapper. An operational layer designed for production from day one.
Claude · GPT · Gemini · Local
Swap models per task by cost, latency and quality. No agent rewrite. Supports Claude Opus/Sonnet/Haiku, GPT-5, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, Mistral.
Where your users are
Telegram, WhatsApp Business, Slack, web chat, email, voice and API. One agent, all channels, shared state.
Auditable by design
Versioned policies, full tracing, spending limits, I/O guardrails, configurable human escalation. Compliance-ready.
Six layers designed for agents in production, not demos. Auditable by design.
Telegram · WhatsApp · Slack · Web · API · Email · Voz
Router multi-modelo. Selecciona Claude, GPT, Gemini o modelos locales según coste, latencia y calidad.
Agentes especializados (comercial, ops, research, finanzas) con handoff coordinado.
CRM, BD, APIs HTTP, email, calendar, shell — con guardrails y aprobación humana configurable.
Estado persistente, RAG vectorial y contexto largo. Recuerda conversaciones y aprende del uso.
Tracing, métricas, auditoría y governance-as-code. Todo auditable, todo controlable.
Route by task, cost and latency. Automatic fallback. Compatible with Claude Managed Agents and OpenAI Agents SDK.

We add new models as they ship. Need one that's not listed? We integrate it in the next sprint.
Orchestrator that delegates to specialized sub-agents with shared state. Compatible with OpenAI Agents SDK patterns.
Isolated tool execution, error recovery, persistent state per conversation and user.
Vector memory (Postgres/pgvector, Qdrant) and long context. Learns from usage and remembers prior conversations.
Typed tool invocation with validation, spending limits and configurable human approval per policy.
Conversation-level tracing, cost and latency metrics, decision audit. Export to Grafana, Datadog, Sentry.
Managed in BenusTech cloud, your cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or on-premise with local models. Same code.
OpenClaw runs 24/7 as a personal productivity bot on Telegram, deployed on AWS Lightsail. Same stack we deploy for client projects. Not a prototype.

License + support
License to deploy OpenClaw on your own infrastructure with local models (Llama, Qwen, Mistral).
All models include tracing, governance-as-code and senior engineer support.
OpenClaw is BenusTech's multi-model orchestration layer for shipping AI agents to production. It abstracts the model (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or local), the channel (Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, web, API), memory, tool use and observability — so you can build multi-agent systems without locking into a single LLM provider, with governance auditable by design.
Because no single provider wins at everything. Claude Opus reasons better on complex tasks; Haiku is cost-efficient at high volume; GPT-5 shines on code; Gemini has a long context window; local models (Llama, Qwen, Mistral) are required where compliance demands it. OpenClaw routes to the optimal model per task by cost, latency and quality — and you can switch with one config line, without rewriting agents.
LangGraph and CrewAI are excellent frameworks for building agent graphs or crews, but they expose a lot of complexity to the developer and don't cover channels, governance or managed deployment. OpenClaw adds the operational layer: ready-made channels, swappable models, persistent memory, observability, guardrails, managed deployment (managed or on-premise). Less glue, more production.
Yes. OpenClaw supports three delivery modes: Managed (we operate it in our cloud), Custom (deployed in your AWS/Azure/GCP account), and on-premise with local models (Llama, Qwen, Mistral) for compliance-strict sectors (healthcare, defense, finance). The architecture is identical; what changes is where execution happens.
Every execution is traced: prompts, tools invoked, models used, decisions made, tokens consumed and cost. Policies (what each agent can do, when human approval is required, spending limits, forbidden words) live as code in your repository — governance-as-code. Reviewable in pull request, versionable, auditable.
Three layers of protection: (1) typed input/output guardrails with content filters; (2) automatic fallback to another model if the primary fails or exceeds budget; (3) configurable human-in-the-loop — when confidence drops below a threshold, the agent hands off to a human with full context. Everything is logged for post-mortems.
Yes. OpenClaw runs 24/7 as a personal productivity bot on Telegram over AWS Lightsail, and is the same stack BenusTech deploys in every client agent project. It's not a prototype: it's the same code that runs our day-to-day operations.
A pilot agent with 1-2 channels and 3-5 tools ships in 4 weeks. A multi-agent system with RAG, persistent memory and full governance: 8-12 weeks. If your use case matches a proven pattern (commercial, ops, research agent), we cut to 2-3 weeks.
